As many of you might know from the Twitter account of the website, I decided to create a birthday project for Rachel’s birthday both at Zoe and Wade Fans and Rachel Bilson Italia.
Since I don’t know what you guys would like to do, I guess that messages, poems, fan arts, videos or other things are all accepted.
If you have any other ideas, please email me or tweet me at Zoe and Wade Fans.
Entries must be submitted before August 15th since Rach’s birthday is on August 25th.
I also set up an online birthday card that you can sign with your own message or birthday wish to Rachel here.
Someone also suggested that we could record a short videomessage wishing Rachel a happy birthday. What do you think? Will you join the video project too?
Please let me know what you want to do and don’t forget to spread the voice about this project!
Tomorrow in the UK, Really will air the second season of Hart of Dixie.
A new interview of Wilson Bethel with Digital Spy is now available:
Congratulations on Hart of Dixie getting renewed for a third season! How does it feel to know you’re going to get to stick around for a little longer?
“I mean, it’s such a great opportunity in multiple regards, partly just because I really enjoy working on Hart of Dixie. The cast are obviously a great bunch, the crew, the writers. Over the course of two years it’s become a pretty cool family, so there’s that element of it which I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of. And then of course there’s also the story element and I’m really excited to see what possibilities could arise story-wise in another year of shooting and I think there’s some really good places for Wade to go and for the whole town of Bluebell to go, so that to me is also a really kind of thrilling enterprise. You get to be a character over the course of a season, two seasons, three seasons and then suddenly you watch this full development.”
Over in the UK, the last thing we saw was Wade and Zoe getting together – were you pleased that finally happened?
“Yeah! You know, I think with that much sexual tension in a relationship, everybody gets to breathe a sigh of relief when it’s finally manifested. So yeah, I think it was definitely a long time coming and probably overdue by the time it happened!”
So going into season two, what’s the situation with Zoe and Wade? Are they a couple? Is she with George? What’s going on?
“I think what you’ll see at the beginning of season two is a lot of Zoe trying to figure out what the best course for her is. If she wasn’t firmly situated in a love triangle before, she certainly is now. And she’s got some decisions to make because she’s basically got her choice of men a little bit.”
Last night Rachel attended the Chanel Dinner for The Natural Resources Defense Council in Los Angeles. She looks gorgeous and flawless, don’t you agree?
Have you ever wanted to meet Rachel? This might just be your chance to do it!

We still don’t know a date for the season premiere but here is a recap of the first two seasons:
Rachel Bilson leads a stellar ensemble cast in this fish-out-of-water comedic drama about small-town living, big city attitudes and complicated love triangles. It’s been nearly two years since Dr. Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) moved to BlueBell, Alabama, and shook up life in this small town. Now Zoe navigates between bad boy Wade Kinsella (Wilson Bethel) and good hearted George Tucker (Scott Porter), while Lemon Breeland (Jaime King) achieves her dream of being a business owner – even if that business is The Rammer Jammer, and her mismatched partner is Wade. Zoe’s best friend and landlord, Mayor Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams), has finally gotten over Lemon, finding happiness with AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black), complicated by the fact that she is Lemon’s best friend. And Zoe’s associate, Dr. Brick Breeland (Tim Matheson), pursues love, but his daughters won’t endorse his new fiancée. Zoe’s love life is still a mess, and she’s not sure what the future holds in store for her, but we know it will be juicy and full of fun. HART OF DIXIE is from Bonanza Productions Inc., in association with Fake Empire, Warner Bros. Television and CBS Television Studios with executive producers Leila Gerstein (“Gossip Girl,” “Eli Stone”), Josh Schwartz (“Gossip Girl,” “Chuck,” “The O.C.”), Stephanie Savage (“Gossip Girl,” “The O.C.”) and Len Goldstein.
Stills from episodes 2×18 to 2×22 of Hart of Dixie have finally been added to the gallery. Be sure to check them out!
The CW Network has given early pickups to three additional dramas for next season, including the first new series order of the season with THE ORIGINALS, the highly anticipated spin-off of The Vampire Diaries, which was introduced during last night’s episode. The network also gave advance orders for the second season of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and the third season of HART OF DIXIE. The pickups were announced today:
“As soon as we saw last night’s episode of The Vampire Diaries, we knew we wanted more of The Originals — Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson have done a fantastic job with The Vampire Diaries, which is as fast-paced and well-written as ever, and Julie has created an equally compelling world for The Originals,” CW president Mark Pedowitz said in a statement making the announcement Friday. “We’re also very excited to bring back Beauty and the Beast and Hart of Dixie for next season — both series continue to be creatively strong and compelling, and their fans are incredibly passionate. I’m very happy to have all three series on the schedule for next season.
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, starring Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan, was this year’s People’s Choice Award winner for Favorite New Drama, and HART OF DIXIE, starring Rachel Bilson, is one of The CW’s top performers on digital platforms, behind only THE VAMPIRE DIARIES.
All three of these series see big lifts in Live+7 Day delayed viewing versus Live + Same Day, with THE VAMPIRE DIARIES jumping 52% increase among adults 18-34 and a 56% gain among women 18-34 once all time-shifted viewing is included. HART OF DIXIE averages a 53% increase among adults 18-34 and a 61% gain among women 18-34, and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST seeing a 43% jump in adults 18-34 and a 45% bump in women 18-34 from the overnight Live+SD to Live+7.
Congrats to the cast and crew of the show!!!
NEW OPPORTUNITIES – After having a rough time in BlueBell, Zoe (Rachel Bilson) decides a little time in New York City might be the perfect opportunity to give her some much needed perspective. But a medical emergency on the plane forces her to complete the trip with an unexpected companion. George (Scott Porter) struggles with his constant relationship misfortunes, until he runs in to Lily Anne (guest star Amy Ferguson), who helps him with his heartache. When Lemon (Jaime King) promises that the Rammer Jammer will be having a special concert with the band Gloriana, she must scramble to make it happen, with the less-than-enthusiastic help of Wade (Wilson Bethel). Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) discovers that the opposing town’s Mayor has stolen something dear to him and enlists the help of the townspeople to get it back.
ACCEPTING HELP – Zoe’s (Rachel Bilson) attempts at online dating hit a few snags until Rose (guest star McKaley Miller) and Max (guest star Nicholas Podany) take matters into their own hands and play matchmaker. Faced with yet another set back with the Rammer Jammer, Lemon (Jaime King) and Wade (Wilson Bethel) are close to throwing in the towel. George (Scott Porter) tries everything he can think of to prove to Tansy (guest star Mircea Monroe) that they belong together, but she still has her doubts. Brick (Tim Matheson) and Shelby (guest star Laura Bell Bundy) decide that they might have acted too rashly, which forces them to make a difficult decision about their future together. Meanwhile, Lavon (Cress Williams) refuses AnnaBeth’s (guest star Kaitlyn Black) help in stopping the feud with the competing town’s Mayor, leaving her to take a different tact.
